With fob access, our gym is safe and secure.

For the exclusive use of residents’, The Green offers a modern and stylish place to meet. You can grab a cup of free barista-grade coffee or glass of sparkling water, while enjoying sports events or maybe even a movie night on our large screen TV. A true sense of theatre!

The Hall
If it’s an indoor area for your sports class or a bright, vibrant room for a private function, The Hall is an excellent multi-use space for residents to make use of. You can even call in if you need a quiet place to study.
With plenty of room, it is a welcoming environment for friends and family to gather too. The Green lets you book The Hall for private hire; a convenient venue option for your next social event or private function.
Shared Lawn Area
How would you like to be able to enjoy a picnic with friends? Or outdoor activities with the family? Our lush shared lawn area – located right at the heart of our rental development – is a tailor-made place to do so.
And, since our homes are pet-friendly, why not use this handy outdoor space for your dogs to stretch their legs? If it’s a fun game of fetch or a quiet after-work amble, well, that’s up to your canine companion(s)…
