The Green has some wonderful news to share! It is with huge pride and pleasure that we are able to reveal that our very own Chris Dias is up for a prestigious award! Chris is one of just eight people who made the shortlist for the Unsung Hero award at the 2018 Property Week Management All-Stars; deserved recognition for all the work he does here at The Green.
Our residents know Chris as one of their cheerful Resident Services Managers; someone on hand to help out with anything from maintenance issues to local recommendations. Thanks to his absolute dedication to caring for our community, Chris is very much in the running to win this accolade; no mean feat in a year where there were a record number of entries!
If you’re new to The Green, this news is no surprise. From your first viewing, Chris is with you all the way; right through the move-in process and beyond. What this shows above all else is Chris’ personable nature; he always has a friendly word to say, a smile to share and an open door if you need his help. The Green is built on its people and Chris is vital to this.
The 2018 Property Week Management All-Stars awards night takes place on 1 November. And we very much hope to have even better news to share with you following the event!
